This student portal is designed for schools, universities, or training institutes that want to professionalize and digitize their student management, communication, and operations.
To view, add and manage students,
1. Log in as an Uni Administrator.
2. Click Students from the main menu. Select any student from the list to view and edit their details, such as name, date of birth or contact information.
3. To view and manage instructors, click Instructors > Manage from the main menu and select their details.
4. To add students or instructors to the application, click the yellow Plus button and fill in the relevant details.
5. Then, click the Tick mark to save.
To view and manage courses,
1. Log in as a Uni Administrator.
2. Click Courses from the main menu. Select any course or create a new course by clicking the yellow Plus button.
A course is a series of lectures/classes/tutorials. To provide course details inside the application, click Course Structure to view or add classes to a course. One course can have unlimited lectures/classes/tutorials.
To view and manage enrollments,
1. Log in as a Uni Administrator.
2. Click Enrollments from the main menu. Select any student or create a new enrollment by clicking the yellow Plus button.
An enrollment associates a student with a course.
To publish an announcement,
1. Log in as a School Administrator.
2. Click Announcements from the main menu. Select any existing announcement or create a new announcement by clicking the yellow Plus button.
3. When creating a new announcement, select the course the announcement relates to. Only students who are enrolled in this course will see the announcement as an in-app notification.
Every student is provided with unique login details to the application. Use the login details provided above to explore the application as a student.
Students can self-manage their enrollments, view exams and scores, submit assignments, and see announcements.
To submit an assignment,
1. Log in as a Student.
2. Click Assignments > Submissions from the main menu.
2. Create a new submission by clicking the yellow Plus button.
3. Then, click the Tick mark to save.
