FAQ

By default, the Patient Database lets you store information about patients, such as their personal information, appointment history, or medical details. The database is fully customizable, i.e., additional fields can be added to the patient form.
Patients can only view and maintain their own information, such as personal details or insurance information. They can also request new appointments. To do so,
1. Login as a patient.
2. Select My Profile from the main menu.
3. Select Visits from the form pages.
4. Click the grey Plus button to request a new appointment.
Yes, the Patient Database comes with a preconfigured Dashboard, displaying patients by blood type, age group and BMI. These are example charts that are fully configurable with a paid subscription.
This application allows patients to login directly to request appointments or maintain their information.

Our Patient Database can be accessed by:
1. Internal Staff to store, update and maintain patient information.
2. Patients to schedule or manage appointments. The login details of each role are provided at the top of the page.
This patient database is made for small- and medium-sized medical practices that want to streamline and professionalize their operations through better data management.
To view patients,
1.Login as a medical practice staff member.
2. Select Patients from the main menu.
3. Select any Patient, such as Alex Johnson to the patient's details, including personal details, visits, medical details, lifestyles, emergency contacts and other important information.
To add a patient to the database,
1.Login as a staff member.
2. Select Patients from the main menu.
2. Add a new patient by clicking the yellow Plus button.
3. Fill in the details to add the patient.
To view and manage appointments,
1.Login as a staff member.
2. Select Today's Visits from the main menu to see all confirmed visits for today. If no visits appear, the database does not contain any appointments for today.
2. To view and manage visit requests, select Visit Requests from the main menu. This is a list of requested but yet to be confirmed appointments.
3. To update the status of a requested appointment, click Update Status and confirm or cancel the requested appointment. If confirmed, the appointment's status automatically changes to "Confirmed".
