Our Fleet Management System has two types of users:
1. Fleet Administrators
2. Drivers
The login details of each role are provided at the top of the page.

This fleet management application is made for small- and medium-sized businesses that manage, operate and/or own a fleet of vehicles, such as trucks, cars or other vehicles. By using the application, companies can manage their fleet more efficiently and establish a single source of truth about their fleet, tracking repairs, fuel consumption or trips.

To view and manage vehicles in a fleet,
1. Login as a Fleet Manager.
2. Then click Vehicles from the main menu.
3. Select any vehicle from the list to view its type, mileage and other details.
4. Click on Alerts to see driver-submitted alerts regarding a vehicle (maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, etc.)

To view and manage drivers,
1. Log in as a Fleet Manager.
2. Click Drivers from the main menu.
3. Select a driver from the list to view their contact details.
4. Click Trips to view or manage the trips a driver is assigned to. 
5. When creating a new trip with status Requested, the selected driver will see this trip in their dashboard upon logging in. This enables fleet administrators and drivers to manage trips directly inside the application.

To view and manage trips,
1. Log in as a Fleet Manager.
2. Click Manage > Trips from the main menu.
3. Click the yellow Plus button to create a new trip.
4. Fill in the required details (vehicle, driver, start, end, etc.) to create a new trip.
5. Save by clicking the Tick button that appears near the top right corner.

To use the application as a Driver, use the login credentials provided above. 
Once logged in, drivers can see all trips they have completed or are assigned to. They can also accept requests from the fleet administrator, submit alerts about vehicles, and log refuels.

To view maintenance logs,
1. Log in with the fleetadmin account.
2. Select Views > Maintenance Log from the main menu.
3. To view the details of a maintenance record, select the record from the overview.
4. Click the View Record button to see the details.

To see alerts about vehicles, login with the fleetadmin account. Alerts can be managed from inside the application.
1. Select Views > Alerts Overview from the main menu.
2. Click View Alert to see details.
3. Set the status of an alert to read or resolved to manage alerts.

This fleet management database comes with vehicle, driver, maintenance, alert, and fuel management features. It can be used by fleet managers and drivers as a collaborative platform. It can also be integrated with external systems or send out email or in-app notifications.
