Our Event Database can be accessed by:
1. Event Managers to create or manage events.
2. Event markers to keep track of attendance.
3. Participants to manage their event calendar.
The login details of each role are provided at the top of the page.
This event database is made for small- and medium-sized businesses and organizations that plan, organize and manage events and require a web-based, searchable and secure database to organize their data. By using the application, events can be managed more efficiently, eliminating the need for spreadsheets or shared documents.
To view and manage events,
1.Login as an event admin.
2. Click Events from the main menu.
3. Select one of the events from the list.
3. View or amend the details of your selected event in the form.
4. To add a new event to the database, click the yellow Plus button and fill in the relevant details.
To add an event to the database,
1.Login as an event admin member.
2. Click Events from the main menu.
2. Add a new event by clicking the yellow Plus button.
3. Fill in the details to add the event.
4. Save by clicking the Tick mark.
To view and manage participants,
1.Login as an event admin.
2. Click Participans from the main menu.
3. Select one of the participants from the list.
3. View or amend the details of your selected participant in the form.
4. To add a new participant to the database, click the yellow Plus button and fill in the relevant details.
As an event admin, you can view simple analytics in the dashboards contained in the Insights menu. Select the Filter Gender or Filter Nationality menu to see event participation by gender and nationality. Dashboards are fully customizable.
Once an event exists in the database, you can view registered participants by logging in as an event admin.
1. Select Events from the main menu.
2. Click on one of the listed events.
3. Open the Mark Attendance page.
4. Click Change Status to mark a participant as attending or not attending.
Only Participants who have signed up for an event will appear in this list. To select an event as a participant, login with the Participant account.
Now, click Upcoming Events , and then View Event .
Participants can register for an event here by clicking Attend Event .
As an event admin, you can view simple analytics in the dashboards contained in the Insights menu. Select the Filter Gender or Filter Nationality menu to see event participation by gender and nationality. Dashboards are fully customizable.
