Our Collector Database has one type of users:
1. Collectors
The login details are provided at the top of the page.
This collector database is made for hobbyists, dealers, and clubs. It is designed for organizing, discovering, planning, researching, and sharing information about different hobbies and collectibles.
To view and manage collectibles,
1. Click Items from the main menu.
2. Select any item from the list to view its details, such as description, category or purchase date.
This form is fully customizable. Contact us to add more fields (heritage, year, size, location, etc.)
To add a new item to the database,
1. Click Items from the main menu.
2. Click the yellow Plus button.
3. Fill in the necessary details.
4. Save by clicking the Tick button near the top right corner.
To add a picture to an item,
1. Click Items from the main menu.
2. Next, select an item from the list.
3. In the details view, select Pictures.
4. Click the Plus button near the right side of the screen to upload a new picture and provide a caption.
5. Save by clicking the Tick button near the top right corner.
For an overview of your entire collection, select Your Collection from the main menu.
The Collection Database can be used to list collectibles for sale. To do so,
1. Select Your Listings from the main menu. Here can view or manage existing listings.
2. Click the yellow Plus button to create a new listing. Listings can only be created from your collection, i.e. if an item does not exist in your collection, it cannot be listed.
Note that other collectors can view your listings. Use one of the other user accounts (collector2) to view your listing from the perspective of another collector.
To view listings,
1. Log in to the application with the collector2 account.
2. Once you are logged in, select Catalogue from the main menu.
The items listed here are listed for sale by collector1.
As collector2, you can view the listing and make an enquiry about or offers for other collectors' listings.
