Our Attendance Database can be accessed by:
1. Internal Staff to keep track of events and attendance.
2. Attendees to check in or check out from an event.

This Attendance Database is made for event managers, HR departments and attendees to track attendance across any kind of event, including shift work, for example.

This database tracks attendance per event. An event can be a shift, or a single- or multi-day event. To set up a new event,
1. Login as a staff member.
2. Click Events from the main menu.
3. Select an existing event from the list to view its details.
4. To create a new event, click the yellow Plus button and provide the details of your event.
5. Save by clicking the Tick button that appears near the top right corner.

Once an event has been created, you can assign attendees to the event. To do so,
1. Login as a staff member.
2. Click Attendees from the main menu.
3. Select an attendee from the list to view their details.
4. To assign an attendee to an event, click the Events page in the attendee form. You can now select any event the attendee belongs to by toggling the button on.
5. Save by clicking the Tick button that appears near the top right corner.
You have now assigned an attendee to an event.

To track attendance for an event,
1. Login as a staff member.
2. Click Check In/Out from the main menu.
3. Fill in the Attendee ID and select the event. Only future or ongoing events are displayed from the drop down.
4. Click Check In to confirm the attendee's attendance at the event.
You can similarly check them out from an event again by following the same sequence of steps, but clicking check out.

Yes, attendees can be assigned their own login to the application. To explore the attendee's view, login with the attendee account details provided above.
Once logged in, an attendee can select the event they would like to check in or check out from.

Yes, you can set up employees or shift workers as attendees, and define events as shifts. You can then track attendance per shift and employee with the Attendance Database.

Assignining logins to attendees is optional. You use the application to track attendance with or without giving attendees their own self-service access. To assign logins to attendees, a paid subscription is required.

With a paid subscription, attendees or internal staff can unlock a mobile-friendly QR code scanning feature, which speeds up the check-in and check-out procedure.
