Our Art Database has two types of users:
1. Artists
2. Collectors
The login details of each role are provided at the top of the page.

This art database is made for artists and galleries to manage their catalog, collection and communication more effectively. It can be used by a single artist who would like to catalog their collection, or by galleries and collectors who work and possess artworks of multiple artists.
By using this application, artists have their critical art information right at their fingertips. They can organize inventory, contacts, galleries, sales and more in an intuitive and secure software application for better art management.

To view and manage artworks,
1. Log in using the artist account.
2. Click Pieces from the main menu.
3. Select any item from the list to view its details, such as description, style or date created. Add pictures of the artwork by clicking the grey Plus button near the right side of the screen.
To add more fields to this or any other form in the application, contact us.

To add a new artwork to the database,
1. Log in using the artist account.
2. Click Pieces from the main menu.
2. Click the yellow Plus button.
3. Fill in the necessary details.
4. Save by clicking the Tick button that appears near the top right corner.

To list an artwork for sale,
1. Log in using the artist account.
2. Click Listings from the main menu.
3. Next, click the yellow Plus button.
4. Select the artwork you would like to list and set an asking price.

To view offers for an artwork that is for sale,
1. Log in using the artist account.
2. Click Listings from the main menu.
3. Select one of the listed artworks.
4. Offers are displayed on the bottom right side of the screen.
By selecting an offer and setting its status, it can be qualified as an open, qualified, reserved or accepted offer.

To manage your customer list,
1. Log in using the artist account.
2. Click Customers from the main menu.
3. Click the yellow Plus button to add a new customer, or select an existing customer from the list to view their details and past offers.

To submit an offer for an artwork,
1. Log in with the collector account.
2. Select Listings from the main menu to access artworks that are currently listed for sale.
3. View the artwork by clicking View Piece or make an offer by selecting Make an Offer.
Offers are sent to the artwork/gallery that listed the artwork.
